Their dreams came true, a wedding in Hawaii, Hawaii wedding ceremony in the sand for Allison and Vicki from Australia. It was a beautiful sunny and clear day on May 7, 2019 at Waialae Beach park, with the sight of the island of Molokai in the distance horizon. The exciting day started with hair and makeup for the couple before dressing into their wedding attire. The limousine picked the bridal party and friends at the Hilton Hawaiian Village, driving around Diamond Head to their wedding location. Vicki and Allison were beautiful smiling happily and were greeted warmingly by ukulele music, minister Reverend Leah, and our photo/video crew. Presentation of a cascade bouquet made of bright red roses in the bloom for Allison matching her ivory colored wedding gown. Toes in the sand and heart shaped petals at the altar were the plan. However, due to the wind, the petals would not stay. Petals were given to guest to toss at the end of the ceremony. But toes in the sand, it was with Allison and Vicki walking up barefoot in the sand to the altar. Singer, Dereck and Reverend Leah sang the Hawaiian wedding song as a duet, as the couple walked toward them. A very joyful intimate wedding ceremony with a twist of Hawaiian wedding traditions included with the Vows and ring exchange. White double orchid leis were exchanged as a gift of Aloha, before they were pronounced as the new Allison and Vicki. Ukulele and love songs rang above the cheers of their loved ones. After all the photo and video sessions were complete, a champagne limousine ride was enjoyed back to their hotel. Vicki and Allison will celebrate their Hawaii wedding at Dukes in Waikiki. Congratulations and Mahalo for having us.
